All of our rates are based on single or double occupancy, with additional charges for extra guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made with fourteen [14] or more days' notice will be refunded all but $30.
Date changes made with fourteen [14] or more days' notice will have a $30 fee.
Cancellations or reservation changes made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will be charged one night's rate.
Early check-outs and cancellations received on the date of your arrival will be charged in full.

Our newly renovated Guest Lobby is designed to help you get the most out of your vacation.
It is centrally located on our Main Level between Rooms 9 and 10.
Here you will find restaurant menus, brochures, and information on area activities and services.
There are two computers for guest use and a large flat screen TV.
We also serve complimentary coffee, iced tea and water from morning until dinnertime in season.

Parking is sometimes hard to find in downtown Ogunquit, and we are happy to provide our guests with one parking space per reservation.
We are so conveniently located that many guests do not move their cars during their entire visit.
We understand that some guests come with more than one car, or have a visitor during their stay with us.
We will accommodate these needs when possible, but during busy times, nearby pay lots may have to be used.

There is, of course, the Marginal Way walk, Ogunquit's scenic cliff-walk that meanders along the ocean for over a mile.
Walk this at different times of day, and enjoy the changes in tide and lighting.
Mount Agamenticus has 7000 acres awaiting your exploration, with trails for hiking, biking, and ATV driving.
The top of the mountain offers a huge, grassy plain with incredible views from all directions.

Smoking and vaping are permitted only in our smoking area.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the rooms, decks, pool and fire pit areas, nor while walking around the property.
We have received questions about the legalization of marijuana in Maine.
After much consideration, Sea Chambers is not allowing marijuana to be stored in our rooms, nor consumed in the smoking area, due to the pervasive smell that remains in the building and requires extensive cleaning.
