Meet the Innkeepers: Steve and Nancy Adams are the epitome of southern hospitality.
While Steve was raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Nancy grew up in Long Island, New York and has been happily converted to life as a southerner for over 30 years now.
It has been their dream to open a bed a breakfast since they created Lucky Bar Farm in 2010.
Steve has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 40+ years, perfecting his knowledge of food and wine, while Nancy has worked in the medical field and has a background in Human Resources.

Lucky Bar Farm is a bed and breakfast located in Moncure near Cary, NC just 2.3 miles from US 1. Moncure, founded in 1881, is a small rural unincorporated community in southeastern Chatham County, North Carolina, United States.
Our community is located near the confluence of the Deep and Haw rivers, which forms the Cape Fear River.
Moncure once served as the westernmost inland port in the state, linked to the Atlantic Ocean by steamships.
For travelers on US 1, Moncure is exit 79.
After taking the exit, you would proceed west at the top of the ramp, towards Pittsboro, and travel 2.3 miles until you see Gum Springs Church Road on the right.
