The Alpine Osteria is a small, cozy B&B, catering to singles, couples, families of all sizes, and groups.
Best known for our attention to detail, we strive to provide our guests with more than they have come to expect from a B&B, including our promise that you will be very hard pressed to find a cleaner place anywhere.
Our eclectic mix of rooms include such amenities as Jacuzzi tubs, two-headed showers with side jets, in-room fireplaces, and wall to wall carpeting.
As an added bonus, most rooms are extremely quiet.

One queen bed and one full size bed make this room perfect for a family of three, or for two women or two men who would like their own bed, but in the same room.
It is our only suite with it's own living room, which includes a television in both the bedroom and living area, as well as a fridge in the living room.
With it's own private entrance from an isolated balcony on the second floor, "Tuscan Red" offers a king size bed, a single wide Jacuzzi in the bathroom, and in room refrigerator.
As an added bonus, and with the surrounding forest as a backdrop, it is the only room on the premises with it's own private balcony with table and chairs (great for the warm months!).
It is our only suite with it's own living room, which includes a television in both the bedroom and living area, as well as a fridge in the living room.

Our rates are lowest Sunday thru Thursday, April, May, and September (please call for rates and special promotions).
Peak rates are in effect the other nine months with weekend room rates beginning at $159 per night (a FULL breakfast is served each morning).
Discounts are available when staying 3 or more nights during non-holiday periods.
A non-refundable fee of $110 per room will be debited from your credit card if you cancel FOR ANY REASON.
And if we have taken a 50% deposit, that will become the cancellation fee should you cancel FOR ANY REASON.
