Note: For all summer and holiday weekends, full-house bookings, and dates in September and October there is a 2 or 3 night minimum stay requirement, a no-cancellation policy in place and payment will be taken in full at the time of booking.
Cancellations: 14 day advance cancellation notice required, less a $30.00 handling fee.
With less notice we will refund only if we are able to re-book the room, less the handling fee.
