Chef David S. Haick, a native of Buffalo, New York, brings over two decades of culinary arts experience to The Lodge at Glendorn.
In the early portion of his career, Chef Haick received his bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from the State University College Buffalo, and Associates degree from the famed Culinary Institute of America.
Inspired by culinary legends he continued honing his skills at some of the finest Relais & Chateaux properties around the country.
