Tucked in a quiet, rural area, our bed and breakfast welcomes outdoor explorers, weekend travelers and destination wedding guests. With more than twenty years of experience, we offer both good value and a wonderful experience.

Built in 1805, this building became our bed and breakfast in 2000. Growing up in the area, we wanted to reach a larger community and invite travelers into these peaceful surroundings. The eighth president, Martin Van Buren, grew up near this historic location.

Explore the trails at High Falls in Philmont and Bash Bish Falls at Taconic State Park, or a nearby horse farm.
When you are heading north on the Taconic State Parkway, exit left at Snydertown Road, proceed two miles and you will find us on the left side of the road.
The exit is three miles north of the Route 82/Hudson/Ancram exit.
If there is traffic behind you or oncoming southbound traffic, you may find it safer and more prudent to continue three-tenths of a mile beyond the Snydertown Road exit, since the median and left turn area from the left passing lane are very narrow at the Snydertown Road exit.
