Established in 1903, our historic hotel in Palacios, Texas has been a long-time favorite for those visiting Palacios and the surrounding areas. The hotel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Recorded Texas Historical Landmark, designated as a Texas Treasure. My daughter and I recently stayed at the Luther Hotel for 2 nights.
We had an awesome time resting and relaxing. The view is breathtaking. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are extremely clean. The hotel is packed with so much history, I will have to go back several times to even scratch the surface.

It was constructed from long-leaf yellow pine and cypress siding, materials of a grade that are rare in today's world.
It has endured hurricanes, including Hurricane Carla (1961) which was the worst hurricane to hit this part of the Texas Gulf Coast.
