The Grand View Motel has graced the oceanfront of Hampton Beach for over 60 years and has been the vacation spot of many. Abutting the main drag of Ocean Boulevard, we are in a convenient location, offering a quick walk to the boulevard, Casino Ballroom, shops and restaurants, yet outside of the noise and commotion of fun, providing quiet nights. Nearby you can fish, off-shore or deep sea, whale watch, surf, go on a paddle board tour, para-sail or just relax on the beach across the street.
Rated as one of the cleanest beaches in the country, "the rocks", a favorite of children and adults alike, are great for wading and tide-pooling and are right across the street. And every Wednesday night in the summer, Hampton Beach offers fireworks that may be watched from our front porch.

I-95 South to Route 101 East (toll).
Take Route 101 all the way to the stop sign at the beach and go left on Ocean Blvd (Rt-1A).
Proceed north and then make a U-turn on Ocean Blvd at the Rt 101 west entrance.
We are located on the southbound side of Ocean Blvd.
