The resort is not a timeshare property; the resort offers full ownership condominium units.
Each condominium is privately held, fee simple, receiving a deed and title like sole ownership of a private residence, second home, vacation home or cottage.
When the unit owner is not using their condominium, they can elect to enter the unit into the resort's rental program.
