Ten luxury suites, a restaurant, bar and rooftop terrace inhabit what was built in 1905 as the Bryson City Bank. The first renovation came in 2010 with the opening of a coffee house that expanded to a full restaurant in 2013. In the fall of 2015, the second and third floors renovations of the guest suites and rooftop terrace were completed for the grand opening of The Everett Hotel.
Until further notice, the Bistro is open for dinner service only - Wednesday through Sunday, 4:30 - 9:00 pm. Reservations strongly recommended.

Services
Owners Ron LaRocque and Scott Mastej, renovated the first floor of the building in 2010 and opened The Cork & Bean, a coffee house and wine bar, which expanded to a full restaurant in 2013, and became The Bistro at The Everett Hotel in 2015.

The Bryson City Bank was established in 1905 with an original capital of $5,000.
For more than a year it operated out of a railed corner in the D.K.Collins General Store, which stood on the the site of the present day Chamber of Commerce building on Main Street.
