Our family acquired this beautiful property in 2008 and since then we have been striving to make it the most comfortable and enjoyable place for our guests. When we used to come to the Adirondacks on family vacations, we reveled in the memories that we took home with us. All of our 100% smoke free motel rooms have two full-size beds and offer the convenience of a refrigerator, microwave, one cup coffee maker, iron & board, cable TV with DVD player, hairdryer and clock radio.

Motel rooms start as low as $119,00 per night for 2 people, $10/extra person, maximum five people.
Motel room #19 costs $10 more than all other rooms because it is located right in front of the lake.

All our cottages have been fully renovated within the past four years and all have been decorated by our family.
We supply bed linens, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing soap for the kitchen and bath.
All cottages have a refrigerator (in smaller cottages, it is a mini-fridge), microwave, dishwasher, and range-top.
Most of the larger cottages also have an oven.
Cottages also have their own picnic table and propane-fueled grill on the porch.

After exiting bridge follow Rout 812 S to Route 68E.
Turn left onto 68E and follow for approximately 50 miles.
Turn right onto Route 56S.
Turn left onto Route 3E (at stop sigh).
In Tupper Lake follow sighs for Long Lake and onto Route 30S.
When you arrive in Long Lake, you will cross over the bridge and on the left you will see our burgundy and yellow sign after approximately 0.3 miles.
If you are having problems finding Dock Lane using a computerized map, please try inputting Olivet Road.
