Turf Hotels is a regional hotel management company that concentrates on managing franchised hotels within Upstate New York. Each distinct property in our portfolio is owned and operated by our group. All properties are within a thirty-mile radius of Albany, New York in order to provide the hands on leadership and support that is part of our formula for success.

Founded in 1975, the original property that started it all was built and opened as the Best Western Turf Inn on Wolf Road in Albany.
In 1988, this hotel became the Holiday Inn Turf and was sold in 2006.
It was at this property where we learned and cultivated our hotel management and ownership philosophies.
Our portfolio has since expanded and we currently own and operate 5 properties: Hampton Inn Albany-Western Ave/University Area, Homewood Suites by Hilton Albany, Staybridge Suites Albany/Colonie Center, Hampton Inn & Suites Saratoga Springs and the Homewood Suites by Hilton Saratoga Springs.

He works nationally with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Hilton in advising and supporting other hotel owners in standards and quality, having served as chairman for both New York State Hospitality and Tourism Association (NYSHTA) and the IHG Owner's Association.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York and is an Advisory Board Member of Jake's Help From Heaven.
