We invite you to visit our green, eco-friendly Crown Point Bed and Breakfast nestled between the towns of Ticonderoga, Schroon Lake and Port Henry in the Adirondack Mountains of Northern New York State. We offer earth friendly lodging that has a low carbon footprint because we utilize solar energy for our electrical power. Our alternative energy system is sufficient for air conditioning in the summer and all the amenities (wireless) year round.

Enjoy a wilderness experience with the comforts of home. Relax in a warm, spacious, Civil War era farmhouse on 200 acres. Hiking, climbing, camping, boating, canoeing, white water rafting, mountain biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, fishing and swimming are all minutes away. The Pharaoh Wilderness area, less than 5 miles to the south, contains many thousands of acres of mountain forest filled with numerous lakes, ponds and streams.

The Bed and Breakfast is just 10 minutes from Lake George, a 32 mile stretch of water considered one of the most pristine and scenic lakes in the country.
Services
We purchased our house before we were married, before it had running water or plumbing of any kind, and before it was wired for electricity.
When we discovered it, it had been empty for over 25 years.
Though it was built during the civil war era, it was still strong and sound, and we began to slowly occupy it one room at a time.
As our family grew the house became a home and was filled with the sounds of many children - six in all, five boys and one girl.
Now, many years later, the rooms have started to empty again.
The ample dining table in the center of our kitchen functionally separates the cooking work space from the sitting area.
For ambiance the room also boasts a large brick fireplace as well as a wood burning stove.
The sitting area features several couches and chairs arranged around a central coffee table.
The easy way in which this room allows us to combine the activities of cooking, eating, and socializing in a warm and yet spacious place make it special and inviting to our guests.
Thanks you so much for taking our booking at short notice and 'out of season'!
Our children and their spouses have been around the world and back.
Even more importantly, their own lives were forever impacted by the people they met, worked with and ministered to.
The room's decor reflects these adventures.
Come with us to Israel, England, Haiti, Papua New Gina, The Philippines, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Australia, Africa, Spain, Italy, France, and even nearby British Columbia.
Thanks you so much for taking our booking at short notice and 'out of season'!
We really appreciate your families hospitality, and our friend Andy, in particular, enjoyed his early morning walks with Tucker.
Michael, our oldest son moved into this room under protest.
During our first year in the house we all lived in the space which is now our kitchen.
The first few nights he hollered down from the top of the stairs, "I don't want my own dumb bedroom."
Eventually he settled in, and when he went off to college, Gabriel was happy to move in.
Of all the boys these two share the same passion for music.
They were always one step ahead of their peers with the latest music happenings and sound equipment.
Both boys were also excellent athletes and the room still has a few of their trophies as well as some of Eric's, their brother.
Daniel and John Paul have always bunked together, literally, in the bunk beds their dad made for them when they were young.
Over the years, as circumstances required, they shared various rooms together.
But this room was the last room shared and the one in which they spent the most time before we began to develop the rooms for our bed and breakfast guests.
Both boys share a passion and love for learning, as well as an interest in foreign missions.
A mental picture that we'll always carry of their growing years is of both boys bent over either books or a computer every spare minute of their time.
