The historic building was originally built by a local barber, Samuel B. Dice, in 1906. This lovely bed and breakfast in Ligonier, PA is a three-story, Colonial House, with original wood floors, stair cases, fireplaces and antiques. The c.1906 Dice House was built on the site of the first hotel in Ligonier c.1800. The original hotel structure and dirt road can still be seen in photographs.

The "Mill Creek Suite" occupies the southern exposed half of the second floor and is our newest Suite.
The "Main Street Suite" occupies the front half of the second floor, overlooking Main Street.
It includes a Queen sized bedroom, private Living Room, and a private full sized bath with an antique tub and shower.
