Depending on how many guests we have, we may serve you at the table or you may serve yourself from a breakfast buffet.
Breakfast is cook's choice, reflecting you food restrictions or preferances and is traditional American style: eggs, meat on the side, home-baked breads and fruit, perhaps our gluten free buttermilk waffles.
If busy, the buffet may offer omelette, breakfast burritos with a selection of fillings, or a baked egg strata, with appropiate meat and sides.

Classes are by appointment only.
A minimum enrollment may apply and the teaching kitchen has seating for eight or more followed by full course theme dinners for up to 14.
The cost per person for enrollees and their guests is $50 per person for the two-hour class and the full course meal.
Wines paired with the menu are available for purchase separately.
