Based in East Lansing, Michigan, we are a Company that is engaged in the acquisition, ownership, development, operation, financing and refinancing of premium brand select service hotels, with emphasis on the extended stay hotel segment of the lodging industry. As a privately-held partnership that was formed in 1999, we currently own 16 operating premium brand select service hotels located in Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Tennessee and Florida.

Our current hotels operate under the Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Homewood Suites, Home 2 Suites, TownePlace Suites, and Fairfield Inn brands. Our core strategy is to invest primarily in premium-branded, select-service hotels that typically generate most of their revenue from room rentals, limited food and beverage outlets and meeting space and require fewer employees than traditional full-service hotels.

These hotels have the potential to generate attractive returns relative to other types of hotels due to their ability to achieve RevPAR levels at or close to those achieved by traditional full-service hotels while achieving higher profit margins due to their more efficient operating model and less volatile cash flows.

Our management team has extensive experience in sourcing, underwriting, operating, developing and financing lodging investments.
Mr. Hall is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of HRC Hotels, LLC and has served in such capacities since the company's formation.
He is also the managing member of the Manager, HRC Management Co, LLC.
Mr. Hall specializes in the negotiation of hotel acquisitions, financing, construction and strategic planning for the Company.
With Mr. Hall's leadership skills, business management experience and his depth of knowledge in the hotel industry, HRC Hotels, LLC is in an excellent position to capitalize on the future growth of the hotel industry.
Our Company is owned by three CPA's with many years of experience in providing consulting services to businesses.
Our operating philosophy includes following well-formed business plans and our business and financial discipline has allowed us to achieve positive results in the continued development of the portfolio.
Our management's strategy for HRC Hotels includes the development and operation of premium brand select service hotels from 80 to 100 rooms in locations with high barriers for entry and multiple demand generators.
