Blue Mountain B&B offers a unique Missoula lodging experience! Nestled on the mountainside among majestic ponderosa pines and meditative water gardens, this Missoula bed and breakfast, creates a wonderfully tranquil romantic getaway just minutes away from Missoula's business, sporting and cultural centers.

The Inn and gardens offer a breathtaking, birds-eye view of the Bitterroot River, surrounding mountains and valley below, including part of the historic Lewis and Clark Trail- an experience one should not miss when visiting Montana!Elegant breakfasts along with the Inn's lovely decor offer luxury and comfort, complementing the rustic, wooded surroundings of the Blue Mountains around Missoula.

Guest rooms have private baths with jetted tubs, king or queen beds, air conditioning, picturesque views and many amenities that make one's stay both memorable and relaxing (wireless internet and refrigeration facilities are in some rooms and in common areas). With four private rooms and twenty acres of wildlife habitat immediately adjacent to National Forest, Blue Mountain's Montana Bed and Breakfast gives the special sense of privacy, while creating a home for many native birds, chipmunks and other animals.

After a day of hiking the hills or touring the town, a relaxing dining experience is in order.
We can recommend a variety of fine restaurants and coffee shops near our Missoula Lodging, and have menus on hand for you to view.
You can also enjoy a dining retreat right here, "at home, " surrounded by tranquil water gardens and a majestic mountain view.
Missoula has many fine restaurants that offer take-out service through Cafe Courie.
December through February are perfect months to enjoy a downhill or cross country skiing expedition, a sleigh ride or ice fishing experience near our Missoula Inn.
Winter at The B&B is a great time to curl up with a book, watch a movie, listen to the old player piano or take a walk in the snow.
A party of four or more can make arrangements for an evening of fondue, or a multi-course ethnic dinner featuring French, Italian, Spanish, Scandinavian, Thai or even Medieval cuisine specialties.
Winter Feature: Enjoy one of the best bowls of clam chowder around accompanied by warm, buttery popovers, a light salad and a grilled salmon steak with lemon-tarragon seasoning.
From mid-March through June, Missoula is alive with activity, including such events as The International Food and Wildlife Film Festivals.
Amid green valleys and mountain peaks capped with white, the birds begin nesting and wild flowers blanket the hills with color.
Missoula offers several bird sanctuaries that are truly spectacular this time of year, and there is no better time to re-trace the footsteps of Lewis and Clark, Native People or other historical figures within the Rocky Mountain West.
Late June through August is the perfect time to enjoy an early morning hike, horseback ride, or float trip down one of the rivers.
In the evenings, there are often band concerts and theater productions.
On July Fourth, Fort Missoula is booming with an old fashioned celebration.
We also recommend sitting down to a multi-course Moroccan dinner near our waterfall and lily pond where we will treat you to exotically spiced dishes and a truly unforgettable experience!
For dessert, enjoy Malaysian fried bananas served with a sweet ginger syrup over a roasted coconut-vanilla ice cream.
The Lewis and Clark Lodge facility is a three story log building that is inviting upon arrival to our Montana bed and breakfast, perfect for small family reunions or conferences.
The spacious, top floor of the Montana Bed and Breakfast affords a magnificent view of the Bitterroot River and Missoula Valley while curling up with a good book, watching a movie on the wide-screen, or playing a variety of board games or billiards.
The decor offers curious folks an opportunity to learn more about Montana's history, wildlife and culture through a wide selection of books, novels, and family heirlooms.
