Our mission is to provide a unique and caring environment supporting and nurturing the enjoyment, comfort and personal relaxation of every bird in our care. We are committed to deliver peace of mind when people are traveling and have to leave their feathered friends in the care of the Hotel.
We create a home away from home for birds and we welcome guests of all bird species from Canaries to Macaws and everything in between! Daisy swiftly and professionally takes care of all Marketing and administrative duties for the Hotel and is in charge of the necessary Boarding Agreement which needs to be filled out and signed by the human companion of our guests by the time of check-in.
Daisy has lead the internal efforts to ensure our bird boarding rates remain affordable to bird parents.
When Daisy doesn't fly from one meeting to another she happily takes five minutes out of her busy schedule to greet our guests.
Due to his extraordinary talents, Eddie, bonis avibus, became a scholar of the Latin language.

Birdie day care services are growing in popularity and no matter what the circumstances are with your feathered friend(s), we have over 100 beautiful cages in all shapes and sizes available for stays of one night or one year.

Unfortunately these Clinics do not always have an avian specialist on staff and it needs to be understood that emergency services only provide basic immediate care and treatment and then the bird(s) have to be seen by their own designated veterinarian we continue treatment with Wildwood Veterinary Clinic.
When any of our guests are in trouble it is important to arrive at an 24/7 Emergency Hospital quickly.
Our Client information sheet is asking for the maximal spending limit in case of an emergency.
