Quaintance-Weaver Restaurant
Providing the highest quality food, drink and accommodations at a good value. Ensuring friendly attentive service, outstanding and impressive menus, and gracious amenities in hospitable environments. Offering employment that is rewarding and educational. We are looking for extraordinary team-oriented people with many skill sets and experiences, including: friendliness, detail oriented characteristics, intelligence, committed work ethic, enthusiasm, genuine concern for others and self-awareness.

This makes us one of only a few employee-owned restaurant and hotel companies in the entire country. Since we have five businesses we don't get to communicate as well, or as much, with our guests. In an effort to rectify the situation we write letters to our guests and neighbors once or twice a year.
Services
In 2017, one of the top-rated hotel and restaurant companies in the South, Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants and Hotels (QW) became 100% owned by its staff members.
This makes QW one of only a few employee-owned restaurant and hotel companies in the entire country.
Our grounding on the idea of being of genuine service to others makes us different from most other companies.
QW is built on the idea that it is a worthwhile objective to be of genuine service to the communities we touch.
We believe that if we really get the "rubber to the road" with this worthwhile objective of genuine service, then financial sustainability and an organization-wide sense of accomplishment will be the natural by-products.
This makes QW one of only a few employee-owned restaurant and hotel companies in the entire country.
Dennis and Nancy King Quaintance will continue to lead the company.
Guests will not see changes at any of their six places: O.Henry Hotel, Green Valley Grill, Proximity Hotel, Print Works Bistro, and two Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen locations.
According to Dennis Quaintance, Co-founders Mike Weaver, Nancy King Quaintance and I like to think long term, not just months or years out, but decades ahead.
