The neighborhood is listed on the National Historic Registry of Places with Daisy Hill being a contributing factor to the designation.
Hillsboro West End Neighborhood has a variety of homes with several styles of architecture. One being the very popular Tudor Revival which was very popular in the early 20th century until about 1945. Our house was built in 1925. It was the first house on this side of the street with the further set back line. It is what is known as a "Craftsman" style home with many nooks and crannies, and unique features.
