The Swope Manor property has a rich history in the historic town of Gettysburg dating back to 1793 when a two story log home was first built on the property. In 1836, Mr. Swope tore down the log home and built the handsome brick home you see today. Now completely renovated, The Swope Manor bed and breakfast brings the comforts of today to this wonderful home offering a comfortable bed, a hot breakfast and memories to last a lifetime.
The Swope Manor Bed & Breakfast is conveniently located one block east of the town square in downtown Gettysburg. With our perfect location you will be within walking distance of many local shops and restaurants. Parking at the Inn is also very convenient. We have parking for guest check in/out and overnight parking is available for a nominal fee in the public parking garage located just behind the Inn.

Turn right onto Route 30/York Street and follow to the corner of York and Stratton streets.
Turn right onto Stratton Street and then an immediate left into The Swope Manor driveway.
