Wonderful location! Tons of restaurants within walking distance, locals are very friendly! Rooms: Rooms have everything you need Nearby activities: Beach, restaurants, shops, grocery stores all within a block Safety: Walked at night, tons of people and tourists out and about, felt very safe! Walkability: Can walk everywhere!

We had a wonderful stay at Residencias Samara. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a kitchenette with a good size refrigerator. The staff were welcoming and offered drinks in main office when you check in. We loved the location that you could walk to the beach, Roots bakery and coffee shop, and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and not commercialized. Overall we had a great stay, I would highly recommend Residencias Samara if you are planning a trip to Samara.

Really a lovely place where we felt secure, had a great apartment that suited exactly our needs. The staff was very helpful whenever I needed something, like an extra chair etc). We loved the sound of the water fountain that is at the pool which we saw from our balcony. Our apartment was made for four but with an added bed we were fine with five. I really loved the reception at our arrival with a cool drink offered.

I really recommend this place to stay, especially if you are looking at a place that has a small kitchen. Tjerk Rooms: Small apartment type for 4 persons (but might also offer smaller rooms) Nearby activities: Surfing (board rental, lessons, ) other equipment rental, snorkeling, quad rental, sea fishing, restaurants, souvenirs. Walkability: Close to the beach, Samara town, and the roads.

I was with my family spending a few days of rest at Residencias Samara, and we loved the place, the rooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool is delicious and in general the place is very quiet, just to rest and very close to all the shops. and of course close to the beach. Thank you Clea for your attention! Rooms: Very comfortable and pleasant. Safety: It is a very safe place because it does not have access for individuals.

My family of 4 stayed in Residencias Samara for 8 glorious days. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and the accommodations were beyond excellent! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Everything was super clean. The proximity to the beach and main strip made for an easy, relaxed vacation. Everything you need is in walking distance, steps away from Residencias - bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, rental car place, playgrounds, monkey viewing.

I mean everything! The hotel is beautiful. The pool is beautiful with loungers, chairs and small tables. Truly an incredible experience for my entire family. We cannot wait to go back!

Just spent 9 days at Residencias Samara where my husband, girls and I, enjoyed all the comforts of home at this beautiful and very well kept property. Staff and management was friendly and always willing to help. Also had the opportunity to meet the property owner, who was on-site often, checking that all was running smoothly - comforting to see that! Noteworthy: -Beautiful landscaping. -Key coded entrances for security. -Key box outside your door for key-sharing with family members. -Towels are provided- both bath and pool -Intimate pool area w/ loungers- very clean pool -Fully stocked kitchen with pots, cooking tools, paper towels and dish soap. Full-size fridge/freezer w ice maker. -Safe for storing personal valuables. -Air conditioning and ceiling fans to beat the heat (thank you!) - Short walk to bakeries, supermarkets, church, restaurants, bars and lets not forget the beach! Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Recommend to friends? Without a doubt!.Thanks Residencias Samara!

Central, good value for money, well organized, clean, good facilities including pool

Residencias Samara is a excellent place to stay while traveling to Samara, Costa Rica. The whole property was recently built and everything is clean and well designed. I traveled with my wife and two young children and the two bedroom room was more the comfortable for us. My children particularly enjoyed the awesome pool in the center of property.

The staff throughout our stay was accommodating, friendly and eager to help. They also had a great knowledge of the town and surrounding areas and were eager to answer any questions we had. The hotel is located not more than a 3 minute walk from the beach and is located in the heart of Samara and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. Overall, our stay was fantastic and I will be back, for sure. Walkability: The whole town of Samara is walkable. Everything is located close to each other including restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach.

Absolutely stunning new property located in the heart of Samara. It's location is perfect walking distance to everything in town. The beach is a block away, and there is a cute farmers market right down the road. The pool is an amazing place to cool off during a hot day. The detail they put into this property is unreal. Perfect for singles, families, and couples.

The best address in Samara if you are looking for new accommodation, close to the center and the beach less than 5 minutes on foot. An incredible French-speaking welcome from Clea, a very pleasant swimming pool and a perfect room! I have nothing to add about this stay, it was magical.
