Babe's Bar-B-Que & Brewhouse opened in 2002 by Don Callender of Marie Callender's restaurants.
A Bar-B-Que restaurant with a built-in brewery, the first of its kind in the Coachella Valley and quite possibly all of Southern California.
Don's cooking can still be tasted in the restaurant today as we hold all our family recipes sacred.
Just about everything in our restaurant is made from scratch, fresh, and taste-tested daily.
Our classic baby-back and St. Louis ribs are smoked over hickory and pecan wood for four hours in our southern pride smoker.
