The Inn has 33 rooms ranging in size from one room to large efficiency apartments with two bedrooms. All rooms have "en Suite" baths, a/c, and cable color TV. The grounds were absolutely beautiful.
I slept with the most amazing blanket ever and I am waiting to hear back from the Tipperary to find out the brand of the blanket so that I can guy one for myself.
The only downside was the stairs, they were a little to steep for me.
I would absolutely stay at the Tipperary again!
