Walls are hand stenciled.
On top of the Crescent and at the highest point in Carroll County, two Penthouses offer large picture windows to enjoy this incredible view.
Both Penthouses feature a seating area, the North Penthouse boasts an Adirondack design with a loft (this unit has a full staircase).
