Built in the 1850 theBurbankrose is located in the center of downtown Newport across the street from famous Thames Street and harbor front shops, restaurants, clubs and galleries. One of our 4 great beaches and national trail "Cliff Walk" Is just 1 mile from the house. Continental breakfast is offered in our sitting room on the second floor starting at 8am.
Nov to April - Coffees, teas, juice assorted cereals. Cancelation policy : You can cancel at no charge up to 10 days prior to your stay. Cancellation within 10 days and there is a $100 cancellation fee unless we rebook the room. Parking $19 per day, one car per room. Additional parking is at parking lots daily rate (3 min walk from house to parking located on wharf across the street) We do have an unloading area on the side of the house (10 min limit).

I have stayed at the Burbank Rose several times and its always been a great experience.
The location is within easy walking distance to Bowen Wharf and Thames Street.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable but not necessarily deluxe accommodations.
The staff is very friendly and the morning coffee and scones are just enough to get your day started.
Owner is as affable and helpful as you could ask for.
Light breakfast treats were nice: wonderful berries and mini-scones.
Location is central and excellent for wandering through town and enjoying the restaurants, shops, and sights.
