Our innkeepers will meet you out front upon arrival and will give you personalized recommendations and assistance throughout your stay. Talbot Heirs is convenient for both business and pleasure with the business district, courthouses, restaurants, theatres, sports venues, museums, live music and Beale Street all within walking distance.
There is also easy access to the trolley line and taxis. On the first floor below the Guesthouse is a convenience store as well as Quench Wine & Spirits so any forgotten toiletries or celebratory spirits can be quickly procured!

Each is equipped with with a queen-sized bed, CD player, cable TV with HBO and a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dinnerware.
Most suites also have dishwashers and microwaves.
Though some people refer to us as a bed & breakfast, we are not a typical B&B.
There is no group breakfast, but each kitchen is stocked with items such as regular and decaf coffee, tea, biscotti, oatmeal, small box cereals (usually Raisin Bran or Cheerios), milk, juice and bottled water for two.
