Originally built in the 1860's as the home of the New York State Bank, 301 Wall Street is Hotel Kinsley's flagship building featuring ten guest rooms.

The restored property is also home to the bright and airy Restaurant Kinsley, a wood-paneled cocktail bar, a mezzanine for hotel and restaurant guests, and our centralized guest check-in. Old meets new across two oors of guest rooms in this three-story limestone structure which nds a compelling balance between design elements of the past and some much-welcomed modernity.

The heart of Hotel Kinsley can be found in the garden-like oasis that is Restaurant Kinsley, brought to you by Taavo Somer and Zak Pelaccio. The lively dining room is spacious yet intimate and full of soul-the perfect gathering place to swap stories of the day's adventures with friends, new and old, over locally sourced New American classic dishes.

41 Pearl St was the most ambitious architectural restoration done as part of the Hotel Kinsley project.
Original fireplaces framed with handpainted tiles, a grand staircase, wooden shutters and crown molding were preserved and juxtaposed with both modern and vintage decor.
