In 1917, the property that is now Schwartz's Inn was purchased by Ida and Harry Schwartz.
This property, bought by proprietor Joe Cohen's grandparents, Ida and Harry Schwartz in 1917, has remained in the family.
The downstairs of this property was used by his grandparents as a tailor shop, restaurant, and pawn shop.
Dr. Cohen's father opened Frank's Sport & Ski Shop following his army discharge from World War II.
The ground floor is now the optometric practice of the Schwartz's grandson, Dr.
Joseph Cohen.
This property, bought by proprietor Joe Cohen's grandparents, Ida and Harry Schwartz in 1917, has remained in the family.

Exit the traffic circle onto Washington Avenue.
Proceed on Washington Avenue to the 3rd traffic light and turn left onto North Front Street.
Proceed on N. Front Street for 2 blocks and turn right into the municipal parking lot between Nekos-Dedrick's Pharmacy and Joseph Cohen Optometrist.
The entrance is the tan and red rowhouse on your left.
Parking is anywhere near our red door.
