House 5863, Inc. is a bed & breakfast inn licensed by the City of Chicago. We are located in the Edgewater Andersonville neighborhood on the north side of Chicago. Our B&B offers five rooms each with its own private bath in a contemporary, relaxing setting. We are located close to major transportation, are steps from the lakefront and just minutes to downtown.
