The Legendary Texas Polo Club is a uniquely crafted, famously designed jewel nestled in the middle of the rolling hills and ancient Live Oaks of the Texas Hill Country.
The building was raised in 1860, and has recently been completely renovated from the ground up to provide luxury and comfort while simultaneously maintaining the historical and artistic integrity of this Boerne landmark.Guests can find seclusion and relaxation on the one acre property, surrounded by lush landscaping and beautiful stonework, and consistently eloquent appointments.
The idea of discovery and exploration are the inspiration for the building, and guests are invited to enjoy a game of billiards on our vintage pool table in the Texas Ranger's room, listen to vinyl and enjoy our relaxing Koi pond, or grab a perfectly crafted cocktail in John Caldwell's Saloon. Joseph and Wilhelmena Phillips originally added a boarding house onto their one room home, and over the years it has been a saloon, athletic club, brothel, and luxury hotel.
