CoCo Key Water Resorts takes the safety of our guests very seriously. As a result we follow specific guidelines with regards to inclement weather. During periods of inclement weather some or all attractions may cease operation temporarily. Hurricane level winds and lightning storms may affect the ability for us to run certain, or all, attractions.
In the event that some or all attractions are temporarily shut down for inclement weather, CoCo Key takes every effort to re-open attractions as soon as conditions permit safe operation. If lightning is within 10 miles of the Water Resort, we will temporarily shut down all outside attractions, including the tube slides. No refunds will be given for weather-related closures of all or portions of the Water Resort.
Water park access is included with the purchase of a Water Resort Overnight Package. Extra day passes may be purchased based on availability upon check-in. Guests of the The Hotel ML are provided with towels. CoCo Key does not provide towels to Day Pass guests and advises Day Pass guests to bring their own towels from home.
