He has developed/co-developed over 4,000 hotel rooms with a market value of over $1 billion under various major flags including Marriott (Courtyard, Moxy, Residence Inn, AC Hotels and Autograph), Hilton Hotels (Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites) and Starwood Hotels and Resorts, now part of Marriott (Element by Westin and aloft).
In addition, Leatherwood developed the Onyx Hotel, a 112 room Kimpton Hotel located in downtown Boston, MA.
