The ranch is only 1- miles west of I-35; close to Turner Falls Park, Lake of the Arbuckles and Chickasaw National Recreation Area in the Davis and Sulphur, Oklahoma area.

Lake Murray State Park is just 25-30 minutes south over the Arbuckle Mountains to Ardmore, Oklahoma. Enjoy the seasonal outdoor activities such as picking blackberries or pecans or maybe feeding a baby calf. There are fishing ponds stocked with bass and catfish and what a spot to see the sunrise or sunset! You may be so fortunate as to see a turkey or deer while hiking through the ranch or on the walking trails in the wooded areas around the house.

Trout fishing when stocked at Turner Falls during the cooler months (4 miles) Looking to do some trout fishing in the central to south central area of the state?
You need to try Turner Falls Park for some very good seasonal trout fishing!
The park itself is a popular destination and from November until March of every year.
You'll need an Oklahoma fishing license and there is a small fishing fee, which includes the park fee.
From I-35 at exit 55 to Davis-Sulphur or to Duncan, go west on highway 7, go 1-1/3 miles (you will pass a large yellow Dolese sign on your left side), on the right side of the road will be Lightning Rod Ranch where Pecan Valley Inn is located.
On your right side, look for a mailbox with reflective tape forming a lightning bolt; this is the driveway to turn into.
Your code for the gate will be given at time of reservation confirmation.
Point your car straight north through the foot hills of the Arbuckle Mountains for nearly a mile and you will have arrived at Pecan Valley Inn Bed and Breakfast!
