The Heart & Soul B&B is a reflection of the life journey of the Bastin Family, from dating to almost 35 years of marriage and two children that are now grown.

Innkeeper Chris Bastin served as a firefighter for over 30 years in the Fairfax County Fire & Rescue Department.
He also served as a volunteer firefighter for 11 years in the Arcola Pleasant Valley Volunteer Fire Department and this room of our Mount Airy Inn is fondly dedicated to all of our Firefighters and Public Safety Members.
