The Historic Matewan House Bed and Breakfast is nestled in the Mountains of West Virginia. Located in one of the most famous little towns in the state. Historic Matewan were history meets adventure. There is a 100 dollars deposit. This deposit is not refundable but can be reused for a future reservation made within 1 year of cancelation. Hatfield McCoy Feud Site Van Tours conducted by David and Ellen Hatfield are available upon request.
Each tours starts around 9 am and usually last over 5 hours and covers the major feud sites. Each tour can accommodate up to 12 passengers in our tour van. There is a 12% tax on our rooms (6% State Sales Tax and 6% CVB Tax), and a 1.50 booking fee. Simply a lovely room! Spacious, warm room with a queen sized bed that sleeps two and a nice view of the town below.
Room has it's own private bath with claw foot tub and shower. Rate is 119.00 nightly ( or 134.78 with tax.) Rates includes all amenities of the Bed and Breakfast. This is an apartment located on the second floor of the building next to the Bed and Breakfast.
