Cook Link Sausage, Bacon or diced ham (I cook the sliced peppers in the same pan, till wilted and seared).
When pan is hot pour whisked egg into it.
Add the spinach, saute'd veggies and sprinkle the Feta Cheese over it.
If you want to add the sausage link, bacon crumbles or diced ham, do it, now.
Try to keep these ingredients on less than half the pan, opposite the handle side, so you can flip and then slide the Omelet out of the pan when it's set.
Using a silicon spatula gently lift and flip the egg-only side of the Omelet onto the veggie/cheese side.
