One extra adult (18 or over) can be accommodated in the Yellow or Blue Room for an additional $65 per night.
Summer, holiday, and special event weekends require a two night minimum stay; Fourth of July requires a three night minimum stay.
Due to booking patterns, some one night stays may be available.
Cancellations must be made within fourteen days prior to your arrival date or 50% of the single night room rate will be charged, however, if cancellation is two days or less prior to arrival, you will be charged 100% of the single night room rate.
