One of our recent guests, Angus Davidson, brought his personal drone, and launched it on an early spring morning from our front porch to take the two photos shown above. Another guest, Philip Rutt, used his drone for this great shot on the left of our B&B, with our road and dock both visible. A view of an April sunrise from our second floor deck. The Pearl of Seneca Lake Bed and Breakfast is located on the west side of Seneca Lake in the heart of New York State's Finger Lakes region.

It was purpose-built in 2005 as a bed and breakfast. It has four guest rooms, each with lake view, a private bath, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator stocked with water and soda, and a microwave with popcorn. Three of the rooms have private entrances from our lakeside decks, and the Southview Room has a private covered balcony. A spacious living room with a gas fireplace is provided for guest use, where guests often gather for socializing, watching TV and playing card and board games.

The property is comprised of 13.7 acres, with 385-foot lake frontage.
