For more than 40 years Uptown Motel has housed a variety of antiques and a charm unmatched by others. Consisting of two separate buildings housing 50 recently remodeled rooms Uptown Motel is located just off of Spur View Drive in beautiful Kenai, Alaska. With a full service restaurant, a separate lounge on site, and nearby views of Cook Inlet, Mount Redoubt, and Kenai River you can't go wrong!.
What a great surprise, everyone was friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic. The whole place was clean and in the perfect location for my business trip to Kenai. If I return to Kenai I am positive that this is where I will stay and I recommend it completely. Faced with a number of choices in Kenai and Soldotna, the Uptown may not seem like your first.
The front desk lady was freindly and helpful and the room was tastefully decorated. I ate at Louie's Restaurant downstairs for multiple meals and the service was great everytime. I have not had a better stay anywhere! Having traveled to Kenai on numerous occassions, I can emphatically say that the Uptown is without question the best value to be found on the Kenai.
