This beautiful, historic home was built in 1887 by Richard Hodgson. Judge Hay purchased the house in 1901. The house is still known as "The Judge Hay House". It remained in the Hay family until the early 2000's, then was sold at auction. Dave and Rayma Rowland purchased the house in 2012 and began the long and loving journey of renovation.
