Our property isn't old so we can't brag of the historic events that took place at our bed and breakfast near Lake Michigan.
The house was built in 1996 by Jay Yelton, a visionary in South Haven, who saw the charm of B&B lifestyle getaways.
The tear down of a small ranch house that was the location of an area medical/dentist office became the beginning of this romantic B&B.
Sadly, we have no ghosts in this house and no squeaks!
Once inside the B&B, you will find thirteen fireplaces with one in each guest room, sitting areas you can cozy up in with a good book or hot beverage, and whispers of yesteryear in the stained glass doors and windows that have been harvested from "historic" homes.
