Under the supervision of our Director of Management Services, we support the hotels in the marketing activities which the hotels should not be doing internally or we assist in those activities to keep management focused on their guests, employees, and sales efforts.
We monitor Social Media for each hotel and work with the management to respond and improve the impressions on potential customers.
Other items which we may handle are various graphics items such as flyers, maintenance of hotel brand websites, and marketing projects such as internet marketing.

Food and Beverage shows influence in Select Service hotels as well as Full Service Hotels.
Select Service hotels work primarily through the brand standards and Full Service typically need support which we are able to offer through our brands or various services.
This support is based individually by hotel needs and is provided either internally or from outside consultants.
The goal is to make everything we do tailored to the needs of the business as even some Select Service hotels provide some food and beverage other than breakfast.

While financial reporting is not a service we provide at in house for our properties, we have the ability to provide our format and various programs such that there is consistency in our reporting process and ownership maintains professional records needed for taxes and other needs for information.
