The sheltered location of the Wharf Master's Inn makes it an ideal destination any time of the year. For the convenience of our guests you can purchase local wines, champagne, and cold beverages in the office. The Historic Wharf Master's House was built in 1865. It features many fine architectural detail prevalent in mid-nineteenth century buildings.

No expense was spared in the construction of this home as the attention to detail was impeccable, and remains to this day the oldest home in Point Arena. The Wharf Master's/ East Lake house is a Victorian style house with three bedrooms and four queen size beds that can sleep up to eight, a full kitchen, formal dining room with antique furniture, living room with satellite TV and a spa room with a two person Jacuzzi and gas fireplace.

The house has two decks and a private balcony which has a panoramic ocean view. While staying with us at the Wharf Master's Inn, there is plenty of things to do in and around the area. On the way to Point Arena you will experience breath-taking ocean views, hillsides, beautiful natural landscaping with all kinds of plants, wild flowers, and tall twisted trees.

Self-parking is located near hotel lobby and a non-obstructed walkway leads to the accessible room.
